Strandhotel

Cadzand

Right on the beach

The name Strandhotel literally translates to 'Beach Hotel' and that sums it up perfectly. You could not be closer to the sea here in Cadzand in the south of The Netherlands. For those of you who think the North Sea is a bit too cold, please don't worry because this hotel boasts cozy saunas and a heated indoor swimming pool.

The hotel is situated high on a dune with impressive views of the immensely wide Dutch beaches. Untouched, open and quiet and with sea views that are sometimes dark grey, sometimes a clear blue.

All rooms and suites have stylish design and a warm, hospitable welcome. And for the foodies, there is more good news. The Strandhotel is the home of Michelin star chef Sergio Herman. This chef has put the culinary traditions of this province of Zealand on the map worldwide. His restaurant concepts are called Pure C and Blueness and to top it of, in the marina of Cadzand you can find his Brasserie AIRrepublic. In all three places it feels like you vanish into Sergio’s passion for Zealandic crustaceans and shell fish. This is tasting and enjoying Zealand at its best.
